RESOLUTION IN FAVOR OF THE WIND POWER PROJECT

Resolved, by the Board of Directors of the Warren County Economic Development Corporation that the full Warren County EDC Board is in support of the Wind Power Project at Barton Mines in Johnsburg, New York.

Energy rates in NYS and Adirondack park continue to be among the highest rates in the nation. The Barton Mines project will supply new renewable energy to the grid and diversify the company helping' to better secure it's future as a major manufacturer in Warren County.

I, the undersigned Chairman of the Warren County Economic Development Corporation, the corporation named above, hereby certify that this resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Directors of said corporation, at a meeting of said Board duly called and held on the 21 st day of July 2005. at which a quorum of sajd Board was present, and that the same is true and correct transcript of said resolution, entered in the regular book of minutes of proceedings of The Warren County EDC.
